Aluminium Coating is a specialised process uniquely provided by Ellison Coating Systems. We are one of a few companies in England that offers a heat resistant decorative coating to Aluminium surfaces. Using Vitreous Enamel, we achieve a glassy surface to ensure a long lasting finish, providing excellent abrasion and wear resistance.

Flexible, Lasting Results

• Vitreous enamel provides excellent abrasion and wear resistance and does not show limestone scaling unlike stainless steel. Outperforms the hardest organic coatings. More heat and scratch resistant than P.T.F.E.
• Abrupt and severe weather changes will not affect the composition of the enamel.
• Vitreous enamel will not peel or blister from its metal substance.

Technology

Due to our unique technology for aluminium coatings we can coat in a very diverse range of materials in complicated shapes, sizes and structures. Our technology and services coat aluminium using vitreous enamel; a glass inorganic coating that is bonded to metal by fusion at approximately 560 degrees.

Variety of Finishes

• With an endless spectrum of colours in high or low gloss finishes, various textures, strippled or pebbled effect.

• With Ellison coating systems we have a Minolta colour monitor to measure depth shades and colours elcometer to measure depth.

Easy to clean

• Vitreous enamel has no pores or scratches to provide bacteria with a place to grow. Ideal for sanitation and can be wiped clean in seconds.
• Detergents will not affect the coating.
• Vitreous enamel is not damaged by steam cleaning and has a water resistance that can withstand boiling point of 100 degrees for periods without any damage.
